Printed invitation:
All orders for printed invitations are non refundable( reorder for company faults are credited or reprinted only) 
Please allow 1-3 business days of processing time after proof is delivered! 
(prints have to be approved for printing process to begin. This just allow our customers to preview their invite
prior to printing)
If you have not received a proof updated email or you cannot find it, Please make sure you check all folder including spam for your PRINT PREVIEW.

Shipping times may vary for orders delivered to Alaska and Hawaii.P.O. Box deliveries in the 50 states will be shipped via U.S. Postal Service Parcel Post. Any delivery to a P.O. Box address will be a additional $9.99 charge.
We don't ship with a signature required, but when it comes time to deliver, requiring a signature is at the delivery driver's discretion.
Shipping business days are defined as Monday through Friday
Shipping business days exclude Saturday's, Sunday's, New year's Eve, New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas.

Returns Policy

There are no refunds on printed invitations nor digital invitations, exchanges, are limited to request. If you wish to cancel a order, a store credit will be given for a future purchase only, all cancellations must be requested within 1 hour of order placing (void if item has shipped already or is a digital item)
But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
